Update Regarding Online Ticket Payments

We are currently working alongside our website provider and a local payment gateway provider to move away from PayPal and introduce a simpler, more reliable payment solution for all customers.

As a result, we have extended the reduced-price ticket deadline until tomorrow (Thursday 6th August) at 11:59pm at the earliest, ensuring that nobody misses out on discounted tickets whilst we implement these improvements. A further update on the new payment solution will be provided tomorrow.

Following a recent update to the PayPal checkout experience, some customers have experienced difficulties completing purchases using debit or credit cards. Whilst this appears to be related to changes within the PayPal checkout process, we appreciate how frustrating this has been and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To help make the payment process clearer, we have updated the payment options on our website. Customers can choose to pay using either PayPal or Debit/Credit Card during checkout.

If you wish to pay by debit or credit card but experience any difficulties, please select the PayPal option and continue as a guest. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. When prompted, please ensure you untick “Save information & create your PayPal account” before proceeding with your card payment.
